Agitator Driver

About the role

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking experienced HR‑licensed drivers to operate concrete agitator trucks across multiple sites in the Perth region. Drivers will deliver concrete, provide high‑level customer service and act as the face of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Operate agitator trucks to make multiple deliveries each day across locations such as Canning Vale, East Perth, East Rockingham, Mandurah, Byford and Gnangara.
• Interact with customers on‑site, ensuring a professional and courteous service.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and present a positive company image.
• Follow safety protocols, including pre‑employment medicals and random drug/alcohol testing.

Required profile

• Hold a valid HR licence (essential).
• Previous driving experience preferred.
• Ability to work early start times (4‑6 am) and up to 10+ hours per day.
• Pass pre‑employment medical and weight restrictions where applicable.
