Aged Care and Disability Coordinator

About the role

Roper Gulf Regional Council is recruiting a full-time, fixed-term Aged Care and Disability Coordinator to join its team in Numbulwar. The role coordinates aged care and NDIS programs across the region while supporting the Council's business, operational and governance needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage clients registered for HCP, CHSP and NDIS programs
• Oversee staffing levels and training, resource management and budgeting
• Produce monthly reports and manage files
• Support and mentor Community Services Officers and Team Leaders so that services are safe, high quality and culturally appropriate

Required profile

• Full-time, fixed-term position until 30 June 2027

• Base salary of $94,400.41 to $103,825.61 per year (Level 6.1 to 6.5)
