Advisor (Business Systems Administrator)

About the role
Join a high‑performing team delivering critical digital services to Queenslanders. You will support large‑scale, high‑volume platforms that enable frontline service delivery, ensuring they remain reliable, responsive and fit for purpose.
Key responsibilities
- Operate, maintain and continuously improve complex digital platforms used across Service Centre Operations.
- Monitor system performance, prioritize enhancements and ensure stability and reliability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to assess issues, determine impacts and develop practical solutions.
- Identify, triage and resolve system‑related incidents, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Participate in testing, system changes and releases to minimise disruption to users.
- Contribute to broader service‑improvement initiatives, including business‑process reviews, change implementation and documentation creation.
Required profile
- Enjoys fast‑paced operational environments where priorities shift.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Adaptable, able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Effective communicator with a wide range of stakeholders.
