Advanced Analytics Manager – Controls Performance

About the role

We are seeking an Advanced Analytics Manager to lead the transformation of risk and control assurance through data‑driven, continuous testing. You will operate within the Automated Control Execution & Assurance (ACEA) programme, partnering with risk, business and technology teams to embed analytics, automation and AI into the bank’s control environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end analytical solutions across the intelligence lifecycle, from data discovery to quality control.
• Translate complex risk and control requirements into scalable, well‑governed data models and dashboards.
• Assess control effectiveness, identify risk exceptions and provide near‑real‑time insights to improve risk outcomes.
• Collaborate in an agile, squad‑based delivery model, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• Challenge existing control logic, influence better ways of working and ensure timely delivery aligned with programme milestones.

Required profile

• Highly experienced analytics professional with a strong risk mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to work hands‑on with large, complex enterprise datasets.
• Proven stakeholder management and maturity in translating business needs into technical solutions.
