Administrative Assistant (Part‑time)

About the role

Emmaus College is seeking a part‑time Administrative Assistant to join the Business Team at its Junior Campus. The role provides comprehensive library, administrative, learning diversity, student wellbeing and first‑aid support across the college.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries from staff, students and families and assist visitors.
• Maintain accurate records and manage library resources.
• Provide administrative support for learning diversity and student wellbeing initiatives.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and first‑aid assistance as required.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and follow basic printing processes.

Required profile

• Suitable qualifications and experience as an Administrative Assistant.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Commitment to the ethos of a Catholic school.
• Experience in a school environment is highly regarded.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
