Accounts Payable Invoice Processor

About the role

ITW is seeking an Accounts Payable Invoice Processor to join its Finance Team. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Invoice Supervisor, this hybrid position works between Dandenong South and Chirnside Park.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate processing of supplier invoices while maintaining ledger integrity.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, vendor queries, debit balances and reconciliation issues.
• Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders across Finance, Purchasing, Operations and Sales.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives, month‑end activities, audit support and service‑level performance.

Required profile

• Demonstrated Accounts Payable experience, including invoice processing and vendor reconciliations.
• Strong systems capability with Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as Pronto.
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Sound understanding of basic accounting principles and internal controls.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset with a commitment to delivering results and exceptional customer service.
