About the role

ACCIONA’s Accounting & Finance Graduate Program 2027 offers recent graduates the chance to start a career in finance within a global leader in regenerative infrastructure. The 12‑month program combines real‑world project work, structured learning and international collaboration, beginning in Adelaide.

Key responsibilities

• Complete three rotations across accounting and finance functions, gaining exposure to financial reporting, budgeting and analysis.
• Work on construction and infrastructure projects locally, regionally and interstate, applying financial principles to real‑world challenges.
• Collaborate with more than 200 graduates from over 10 countries and receive training delivered by Comillas Pontifical University.
• Contribute to team objectives while developing a personal career pathway within ACCIONA Australia & New Zealand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
• Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand.
• Graduated between 2024 and 2026 (within the last three years).
• Willingness to be mobile and work on construction projects across locations.
