Account Manager – Water Care

About the role
This challenging and rewarding position involves managing the promotion, sale, and distribution of Redox's Water Care chemical range to new and existing customers in manufacturing and distribution industries.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell water treatment chemicals, including pH adjusters, biocides, ion exchange resins, and pool chemicals.
- Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Required profile
- Previous B2B experience within the chemical, water treatment or related industry.
- Goal‑oriented, competitive with strong negotiating skills and a proven track record of business development.
Required skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Valid driver’s licence and strong closing and negotiating capabilities.
What we offer
- Salary package inclusive of 17.5% leave loading plus bonus.
- FMCV or car allowance, 1 day WFH after probation, annual salary review.
- 1 day paid volunteer leave, secure onsite parking, daily onsite lunch.
