Account Manager, Tactical Partnerships

About the role

Hybrid is seeking an Account Manager to join its Sydney office, managing a portfolio of key higher‑education client accounts across the ANZ region. You will own the full campaign lifecycle, drive revenue growth and nurture long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate advertising campaigns, handling discovery, production, launch, reporting and post‑campaign reviews.
• Support new‑business and renewal conversations, pitching solutions and managing contract renewals.
• Maintain strong client relationships as the first point of contact, providing insights and benchmarking data.
• Collaborate with digital, editorial and creative teams to deliver high‑impact campaigns.

Required profile

• High attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong commercial awareness and a passion for building long‑term client relationships.
• Previous client‑facing, account‑management or sales experience in an agency environment.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with a willingness to tackle challenges.

Required skills

• Data analysis ability (preferred).
• Good presentation skills (preferred).
