Marketing and Community Lead

About the role

Loaf Markets is building the first institutional‑grade platform for trading physical assets such as solar farms, data centres and emerging commodities like compute power. As the inaugural Marketing and Community Lead, you will work directly with the founders to shape the brand, drive growth, and build a vibrant community of traders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and analyse end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, coordinating design, copy, partners and timing.
• Develop and maintain the Loaf brand voice across all channels and media.
• Secure press coverage by crafting compelling angles and nurturing relationships with crypto, fintech and property journalists.
• Create and manage a KOL program, selecting authentic voices, negotiating deals and measuring impact.
• Grow and engage the Loaf community on social platforms, turning early users into brand advocates.
• Own the marketing funnel: set up tracking, report ROI by channel and optimise spend.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented operator who can manage campaigns from concept to execution.
• Social‑media native, especially on X, with a strong sense of internet culture and trends.
• Proactive, solution‑focused and comfortable experimenting with new ideas.
• Deep familiarity with DeFi and crypto culture, understanding trader motivations.
• Brand builder who can expand reach without diluting identity.
• Comfortable with metrics, funnels and ROI reporting.

Required skills

• Experience running full‑cycle marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to generate press coverage and manage media relations.
• Knowledge of KOL/ influencer program design and measurement.
• Strong analytical skills for tracking and reporting marketing performance.
