Account Manager – South Australia Residential HVAC

About the role

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced HVAC sales professional to represent one of Adelaide's most respected manufacturers in the South Australian residential market. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will manage dealer, wholesale and builder accounts while expanding Seeley's reverse‑cycle offering.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed sales and gross‑margin targets across a portfolio of dealer, wholesale and builder accounts.
• Execute structured account plans and call cycles to strengthen key customer relationships.
• Identify and appoint new dealers, wholesalers and builders to grow distribution.
• Drive growth of the reverse‑cycle product range across specialist, wholesale and builder channels.
• Collaborate with Sales Administration, Planning and other internal teams to ensure product availability.
• Implement state‑based marketing initiatives and develop sell‑through promotions.
• Deliver product training and education to dealers and trade partners.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of HVAC sales experience with a solid understanding of reverse‑cycle systems.
• Proven track record of managing and growing dealer, wholesale or builder relationships.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Commercially minded, organised and experienced in structured account planning and reporting.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
