Account Manager – Referral Sales, WA North

About the role

I-MED, a large medical imaging provider with over 200 clinics and 6 million patient procedures per year, is looking for an Account Manager to work with its operational and clinical teams. The role drives sales revenue growth and market share by strengthening relationships and increasing referrals in WA North and Geraldton, where the metro clinics are based at Mt Lawley, Joondalup, Mirrabooka and Innaloo. You will report directly to the sales and marketing manager and achieve set individual and clinic KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships with referrers in the region
• Maintain and strengthen connections with existing referrers
• Provide resources and guidance to referrers so they can support patients better
• Liaise directly with referrers to ensure positive patient experiences
• Develop and run strategies to increase referrals and generate revenue

Required profile

• High level of organisational skills, keeping accurate records and producing insightful sales reports
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is highly desired
• Track record of achieving sales targets
• Demonstrated experience acquiring new business accounts
• Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle; willingness to travel regularly across the region
