Account Manager – Podcast & Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to lead and expand brand partnerships across our podcast, social and content platforms. In this client‑facing role you will work with Australia’s top sports creators and podcasts, helping brands connect with passionate audiences through authentic, content‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Coordinate podcast, social, content and event campaigns from brief to delivery, working closely with creators, talent and production teams.
• Lead campaign reporting, performance reviews and optimisation initiatives.
• Identify upsell and extension opportunities, supporting the sales team with proposals and presentations.
• Maintain accurate campaign schedules, invoicing and reconciliation records.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in account management, partnerships, media, sponsorship or agency environments.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive attitude.
• Passion for sport, media, content and culture.
