Account Manager - Oncology

About the role

Magentus is seeking an Account Manager – Oncology to join its Clinical Services team. You will act as a trusted clinical advisor for healthcare organisations using the Charm oncology software, helping to optimise workflows, support implementations, deliver training and drive product improvements that enhance patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clinical stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary clinical contact for assigned accounts.
• Deliver training and support to maximise software adoption and success.
• Assist with software implementations, upgrades and go‑live activities.
• Provide clinical guidance and resolve complex issues.
• Gather feedback, identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with product and development teams.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and contribute to positive outcomes.

Required profile

• Degree qualification in Pharmacy.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a public or private hospital setting.
• Oncology and/or haematology experience highly regarded.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and relationship‑management skills.
• Experience delivering training, education or clinical support.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
