Account Manager (Mandarin Speaking)

About the role

TMGM, a global online trading platform founded in 2013 and based in Sydney, is hiring a full-time, on-site Account Manager who speaks Mandarin. The role is based in Mascot, NSW, and centres on managing and growing a portfolio of Mandarin-speaking clients through onboarding assistance, platform guidance and ongoing relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and support clients with account-related issues via phone, email and online channels
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and collaborate with sales, marketing and operations teams on client acquisition and retention
• Monitor client activity and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell suitable products
• Help translate and localise communications for Mandarin-speaking markets
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Required profile

• Fluency in Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication in both
• Understanding of online trading platforms, CFDs and financial products such as Forex, indices and shares, or willingness to learn quickly
• Prior experience in brokerage, fintech or financial services is an advantage
• A tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field is preferred

• Strong client relationship management, customer service and account servicing
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office tools
• Ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple client requests in a fast-paced environment
