About the role

This commercially accountable position sits at the heart of Plexus' growth, managing a portfolio of Australia’s most recognisable enterprise clients and the revenue they generate.

Key responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio end‑to‑end – renewals, expansion, and executive engagement.
  • Run structured expansion motions to identify and close new use cases inside existing accounts.
  • Build multi‑threaded relationships across Tier 1 accounts – economic buyer, day‑to‑day contact, and executive sponsor.
  • Negotiate renewals anchored in value, not price, and spot at‑risk accounts early.
  • Bring market and customer insight back to product and commercial teams.

Required profile

  • 2‑4 years of commercial track record in account management, customer success or a portfolio‑accountable sales role.
  • Direct ownership of revenue outcomes such as NRR, renewals or expansion.
  • Comfort engaging with GC and C‑suite level stakeholders with proven examples.
  • Experience in fast‑paced, high‑ownership environments.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Salesforce as a professional standard.
