Account Manager

About the role

As an Account Manager you will be the face of Sealed Air in your territory, building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities and delivering exceptional value to clients. You will be responsible for maximizing sales, maintaining and growing the designated customer base, and supporting key marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve maximum sales at highest margin returns and develop new business sales from current and adjacent markets.
• Service customers, manage orders and deliveries, and maintain accurate forecasting and inventory within company guidelines.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision makers, present proposals, and support equipment sales and training.
• Prepare reports, maintain CRM and price book records, and assist in debtor collection and enforcement of trading terms.

Required profile

• Demonstrated sales experience with account management and business development.
• Experience in protective packaging or related industries is advantageous.
• Strong decision‑making, self‑management, strategic planning and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel interstate or overseas and a valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Office 365 – Word, Excel, PowerPoint (mandatory)
• SAP (advantageous)
