Account Manager - Insurance Broking

The role delivers tailored insurance advice to a portfolio of SME and commercial clients and supports new business growth in the SME and mid-market sectors. Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic, customised insurance advice across a diverse range of industries.
• Identify opportunities and build strong relationships through networking and client engagement.
• Develop and present competitive insurance strategies aligned to client risk profiles and business goals.
• Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships through consistent communication and service.
• Partner with underwriting, operations and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Qualified broker with Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification.
• Relevant SME or commercial broking experience and a desire to learn more.
• Strong desire to join a collaborative team environment.
