Account Manager – Geelong Region

About the role

We are seeking a driven, customer‑focused Account Manager to join our high‑performing sales team serving the Geelong region. As the face of Crown in this area, you will build strong relationships, uncover new opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that create real value for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales and rental targets by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
• Manage a portfolio of existing clients while actively growing new accounts through regular, structured engagement.
• Prospect and expand into new markets, develop strategies to win business from competitors, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously build product knowledge, and represent the business at industry events.
• Maintain accurate quotes, orders, and customer records, ensuring CRM activity, pipeline visibility, and seamless delivery timelines.
