Service Sales Support Specialist

About the role

Join ABB’s Electrification Service team in Australia to support the commercial engine behind service growth. This part‑time hybrid role combines sales support, data insights, customer intelligence and marketing activities to help the team make better commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support Salesforce reporting, pipeline analysis, dashboards and sales insights for the Australian Electrification Service team.
• Assist with customer segmentation, account planning, sales process improvements and commercial transformation initiatives.
• Provide market research, customer intelligence and opportunity support to Business Development Managers and Service Sales teams.
• Develop and maintain sales and marketing content, including presentations, case studies and campaign materials.
• Coordinate knowledge sharing and best‑practice collaboration between Australian and international Electrification Service teams.
• Support strategic projects such as growth initiatives, market analysis and business planning activities.

Required profile

• Experience in sales support, commercial operations, marketing, business analysis or a related discipline.
• Confidence working with data, CRM systems and reporting tools; Salesforce experience highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with sales, service, marketing and leadership stakeholders.
• Good commercial awareness with interest in customer segmentation, pipeline management and market research.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a part‑time role.
• Proactive, curious and improvement‑focused mindset.
