Account Manager – Field Based

About the role

Futuresleep is seeking a proactive Account Manager to cover its WA and SA Snooze stores and independent retailers. You will be the primary point of contact for store owners and retail teams, travelling across the region to build strong relationships and drive sales of our premium sleep solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a structured call cycle with franchise partners, store owners and company store managers across WA and SA.
• Deliver engaging product and sales training sessions to equip retail teams with the knowledge and confidence to sell the Futuresleep range.
• Monitor commercial performance – sales targets, average sale benchmarks, core range compliance – and identify growth opportunities.
• Respond to customer service issues from the field with professionalism, ensuring full resolution.
• Maintain high‑standard presentation of Futuresleep product and marketing collateral in every store visit.
• Submit clear, well‑structured contact reports on a fortnightly or monthly basis as directed.

Required profile

• Experience in account management, field sales or retail support (experience in mattress, bedding or furniture is a plus).
• Proven ability to build warm, genuine relationships beyond the transaction.
• Excellent communication skills for training groups and presenting results.
• Strong time‑management and territory‑planning capabilities.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to spend a significant portion of the week on the road.
• Commitment to safety, integrity and responsibility in all actions.
