Account Manager – eCommerce (Perth)

About the role

Join Australia Post’s elite account management team in Perth to support local eCommerce businesses. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients grow their parcel delivery operations while working from our Welshpool office and on the road.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 35 eCommerce customers, conducting around 10 site visits per week.
• Present joint business reviews to C‑suite leaders and identify opportunities to increase share of wallet.
• Analyse account performance to spot risks and growth opportunities.
• Develop new business across the portfolio, leveraging Australia Post’s B2B, B2C and international freight solutions.
• Maintain long‑term, trusted relationships through regular online and face‑to‑face interactions.

Required profile

• Proven sales or customer‑facing experience, preferably in a B2B or eCommerce environment.
• Strong credibility with customers and ability to build trusted relationships.
• Curious, results‑driven mindset with a winning attitude.
• Willingness to travel locally and work both in the office and remotely.
