Account Manager - Digital Marketing Agency

About the role

A digital marketing agency is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Account Manager to join its team. You will be the main point of contact for clients, making sure projects run smoothly and relationships stay strong. The role is full-time and remote, based in Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary contact for your portfolio.
• Oversee project management so all client work is delivered on time and successfully.
• Hold monthly client meetings to review progress, address concerns and align on goals.
• Take part in regular internal meetings to keep the team aligned.
• Keep communication clear and proactive with clients and internal teams.
• Spot and resolve issues quickly so clients stay satisfied and retained.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of digital marketing, working with the team to deliver effective strategies.
• Organised, driven and passionate about digital marketing.
• Strong communication skills, punctuality and time management, handling several projects and deadlines.

Required skills

• Digital marketing experience; able to answer client questions and give expert industry insight.
• Attention to detail, strong communication and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with Asana, Google Suite and WordPress is a plus; training is provided if needed.
