Account Manager – Construction & Reinforcing Solutions

About the role

Reporting to the VIC Sales Manager, you will develop customer partnerships, identify early project opportunities, and deliver profitable tenders across Victoria’s Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while prospecting new accounts.
• Create and execute account growth plans and manage the project pipeline.
• Develop pricing strategies, improve margin management and contribute to sales forecasts.
• Resolve customer pain points to create value beyond price.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the precast concrete, building and construction sectors.
• Strong technical capability and commercial insight.
• Full driver’s licence and ability to travel across Victoria.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
