Account Manager – Commercial Growth

About the role

Join CSR’s Exteriors division as an Account Manager in Golden Grove, driving revenue growth and delivering high‑value building solutions to key builder customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on revenue diversification and long‑term customer value.
• Manage budgets, commercial targets and use consultative selling to retain and expand key accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, resolving issues and coordinating end‑to‑end delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to influence product strategy, competitive positioning and sustainable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals while minimising risk.
• Utilise data analytics to monitor customer behaviour, market trends and report performance.

Required profile

• Strong commercial acumen with experience in trade or construction materials.
• Proven relationship‑building skills and a customer‑centric, consultative selling approach.
• Analytical and financially savvy, comfortable with data insights and financial modelling.
• Effective communicator and collaborator, confident using CRM systems and business technology.
