Account Manager – Canning Vale

About the role

Blackwoods is seeking a motivated Account Manager to join its Perth team, focusing on growing existing accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales and margin targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular site visits and proactive service.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and customer call cycle.
• Work closely with branch teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover business opportunities.
• Support customers with product solutions that add value to their business.

Required profile

• Experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Experience within industrial, safety, trade, manufacturing, or related industries is highly regarded.
