Account Manager - Board

About the role

Visy is seeking an Account Manager for its Board division, based in Sydney. You will manage and grow established customer accounts across the Sydney South West territory while identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Retain and grow existing customer accounts while actively pursuing new business.
• Build and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and strengthen relationships.
• Accurately forecast customer requirements and manage territory using Salesforce.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to deliver value for Visy and its customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve sales objectives.
• Adhere to Visy’s workplace health, safety and environmental requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in internal sales, external sales, customer service or account management.
• Business‑to‑business (B2B) sales experience is highly regarded.
• Packaging or manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail and a solutions‑focused approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and identify growth opportunities.

Required skills

• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, specifically Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
