Account Executive (SMB)

About the role

The Account Executive will drive new business and grow existing relationships with small‑to‑medium staffing businesses. Reporting to the Regional Vice President (APAC), this hybrid role blends outbound prospecting with full‑cycle account ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of new opportunities through calls, emails and social outreach.
• Engage prospects, deliver product demos and position Bullhorn’s AI‑driven solutions.
• Own revenue targets across new business, expansion and renewals.
• Manage a portfolio of SMB customers, supporting retention, adoption and long‑term success.
• Identify expansion opportunities, monitor usage and share insights internally.

Required profile

• Passion for building relationships and solving problems.
• Strong time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Interest in supporting start‑up businesses and learning sales techniques.
• Creative, innovative approach to prospecting and willingness to try new methods.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Interest in AI tools to improve productivity and customer engagement.
