Account Executive (Sales Support)

About the role

REA Group, a property services company, is hiring an Account Executive for a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in Brisbane with hybrid ways of working. The role sits in the Customer Solutions & Operations team and delivers sales support to the New Homes sales teams, covering pre- and post-sales support across a broad range of products.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class sales support to New Homes sales teams, with pre- and post-sales support across many products.
• Support better customer experiences through timely, accurate and proactive support for sales and customers.
• Support better employee experiences through clear expectations, coaching, development and recognition.
• Contribute to efficient, scalable operations that enable revenue and margin outcomes.

Required profile

• Experience in a sales support, customer support, operations or similar role in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Exposure to queue-based or ticket-driven work with defined SLAs and quality standards (e.g. Zendesk or similar).
• Familiarity with administrative or commercial processes such as bookings, reporting, account changes or documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and follow-through.

Required skills

• Customer and sales awareness, understanding basic sales processes and customer expectations.
• Ability to follow defined processes and meet SLAs and quality expectations.
• Problem-solving and judgement, escalating issues appropriately.
• Learning agility and adaptability.
• Use of Zendesk, Salesforce and core productivity tools, and responsible use of AI.
