About the role

A medium-sized broking firm based in the northern suburbs of Perth is looking for an Account Executive for general insurance. The role reports to the Senior Account Manager and sits within an experienced team. Full details are given at the client interview.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and develop an existing portfolio of SME clients
Handle new business enquiries
Review clients' needs and ambitions
Manage renewals and alterations to clients' insurance
Explore new business marketing opportunities
Provide guidance and support to other team members
Maintain client relations
Deal with claims in conjunction with the Claims Team
Maintain own education and compliance

Required profile

At least 1 year of commercial insurance experience, preferably in broking
Insurance qualification is essential
Full Australian work rights are required

Required skills

Experience with the Microsoft Office suite
