About the role

Marsh is looking for a motivated Account Executive to join its FINPRO division in Adelaide. This hybrid position requires you to be in the office at least three days a week and to support Principals on key client accounts within the financial and professional services sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist Principals in achieving business plans and client‑service goals.
  • Maintain and strengthen strong client relationships across a portfolio of financial and professional accounts.
  • Stay updated on market trends and apply industry expertise to client solutions.
  • Attend industry events to expand professional networks.

Required profile

  • Tier 1 FSRA qualification or willingness to obtain it.
  • Strong negotiation, problem‑solving and communication skills.
  • Motivation for delivering high‑level client service and solutions.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
