Account Coordinator – Media & Advertising

About the role

Join dentsu B2B as an Account Coordinator and kick‑start your career in media and advertising. Reporting to the Account Director, you will support campaign delivery and client communication while learning the fundamentals of B2B media planning and buying in the Australian market.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, setup, activation and ongoing management of media campaigns for key B2B clients, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Assist with campaign reporting, performance tracking, research and insights to help the team analyse results and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, media partners and internal teams, supporting day‑to‑day communications and project coordination.
• Contribute to media planning, presentations and client deliverables while developing knowledge of media channels, industry tools and best practices.
• Provide operational support including billing, invoicing, reconciliations, documentation and other administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive communicator keen to build strong relationships and collaborate confidently with clients, media partners and internal teams.
• Naturally curious and eager to learn about media, advertising and campaign mechanics.
• Interested in developing analytical skills, working with data, reporting and performance metrics.
• Positive, motivated team player who demonstrates initiative and takes ownership of tasks.
