Academic Success Manager

About the role

Cadmus is looking for an Academic Success Manager to bridge the gap between university intentions and student experiences. In this role you will partner with academic staff across multiple institutions, delivering workshops, consulting on assessment redesign, and guiding pilots and enterprise roll‑outs of the Cadmus platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver workshops on assessment best practices for faculty and staff.
• Provide consultancy on redesigning assessments to improve learning outcomes, engagement and academic integrity.
• Support institutions through pilot phases and large‑scale roll‑outs, ensuring smooth software adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior academic leaders, influencing early‑stage strategic conversations.
• Collect and communicate evidence of impact, helping institutions build renewal cases based on measurable outcomes.
• Feed frontline insights back to product and learning teams to shape future product enhancements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience creating and running learning experiences as a teacher, learning designer, trainer or similar role.
• Deep grounding in pedagogy, especially assessment design, with a track record of influencing practice.
• Proven experience supporting users through software adoption in complex organisational settings.
• Confident presenter and communicator, able to engage both institutional leaders and frontline academics.
• Curious, intellectually honest and comfortable working in challenging institutional environments.
