2027 Graduate Project Manager (Civil)

About the role

AECOM is recruiting a 2027 Graduate Project Manager (Civil) in Townsville to join its Project and Program Management team. The team delivers complex infrastructure projects in sectors such as transport, water and renewable energy, working alongside experienced project and program managers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with schedule, budget and quality tracking for major infrastructure programs
• Help prepare and manage project documentation, reports and stakeholder communications
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to monitor progress and identify risks or issues
• Contribute to all project stages, from initial planning through to delivery and operation

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering, in the final year or completed
• Graduated before starting the program, able to commence by February 2027 (mid-year finishers can start in July 2027)
• Full working rights to work in Australia
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, proactive and adaptable mindset, commitment to professionalism and integrity
