2027 Apprenticeship Intake – Victoria

About the role

KONE is opening its 2027 Apprenticeship Programme in Victoria for motivated 1st, 2nd and 3rd year apprentices in Electrical and Mechanical disciplines. You will work on the installation, maintenance and modernisation of lifts and escalators across the state.

Key responsibilities

• Assist qualified technicians with on‑site installation, maintenance and modernisation tasks.
• Learn and apply industry safety standards, regulations and best practices.
• Complete required TAFE studies and apprenticeship requirements.
• Develop technical knowledge and problem‑solving skills for a trade career.

Required profile

• Completed secondary school or hold a High School Certificate (or equivalent).
• Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
• Current C Class driver licence (or in process of obtaining).
• Interest in electrical and/or mechanical trades, comfortable working at heights and confined spaces.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
