2026 Operations Vacation Program – Sydney

About the role

Our 12‑week Operations Vacation Program runs from 30 November 2026 to 19 February 2027 at Linfox’s Erskine Park site in Sydney. As a Vacation Student you will work alongside experienced operational leaders in a fast‑paced, safety‑first environment, gaining real‑world exposure to the day‑to‑day management of complex supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to projects that improve safety, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Learn how Linfox leverages technology, data and innovation to deliver logistics solutions.
• Gain exposure to frontline leadership and operational decision‑making.
• Build relationships with leaders, graduates and fellow Vacation Students across the business.
• Explore future career pathways and understand the role of an Operations Leader at Linfox.

Required profile

• Penultimate‑year university student studying Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency (including New Zealand citizenship) at the time of application.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Curious, resilient and motivated to develop a career in operations and leadership.
