Webflow Developer & Digital Designer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Webflow Developer & Digital Designer to own our website development, performance and ongoing optimisation. This hands‑on role blends strong technical development abilities with a creative eye for digital design.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimise websites and landing pages in Webflow, including CMS collections and responsive layouts.
• Implement custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Integrate marketing automation, analytics and third‑party platforms.
• Improve site performance, page speed, accessibility and Core Web Vitals.
• Work with SEO partners on technical SEO, metadata and schema.
• Lead CRO initiatives, run A/B tests and use data to boost conversion rates.
• Create digital assets for paid and organic social, display ads, email and landing pages, ensuring brand consistency.
• Develop reusable design templates in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite for marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• 5+ years of website development experience, including at least 2 years with Webflow.
• Strong front‑end skills in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Hands‑on experience managing Webflow CMS and custom functionality.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, site performance and CRO.
• Proven ability to create digital marketing assets across multiple channels.
