Warranty Administrator - Automotive Industry

About the role

A long-established, multi-franchised new car dealership in the Sutherland / St George area is looking for a Warranty Administrator or Warranty Clerk to handle all aspects of its warranty function. The role is Monday to Friday only, with security of tenure, a friendly working atmosphere and career advancement opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of the dealership's warranty function
• Maximise claims in line with manufacturer requirements
• Police replaced parts and all aspects of warranty paperwork
• Keep the dealership audit-proof

Required profile

• Solid current or recent New Car Dealership or Distributor warranty claims experience
• Meticulous and detail-focused
• Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday
• Must be physically located in Australia and an Australian or New Zealand citizen or hold a permanent residency visa

What we offer

• Salary of $80,000 to $100,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience
• Commission may be considered for a very strong applicant
