Village Manager – FIFO 8/6 – Western Australia

About the role

Sodexo is seeking experienced Village Managers for its remote villages across Western Australia. This full‑time, FIFO position (8 days on, 6 days off) involves hands‑on leadership to maintain high standards of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, organise and supervise village operations teams across all departments.
• Manage rosters, daily workloads and ensure adequate coverage for efficient operations.
• Conduct daily audits and inspections to uphold quality, compliance and safety standards.
• Handle administrative tasks, reporting, budget control and cost management.
• Build strong relationships with client representatives, internal departments and guests.
• Oversee stock control, procurement and supplier coordination.
• Address guest and client feedback promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years managerial experience in hospitality, facilities management or a similar industry.
• Proven people‑management and project‑management capabilities.
• Australian citizenship or full working rights.
• Willingness to undergo pre‑employment medical, drug/alcohol testing and police check.
• Current full WA manual driver’s licence.
