Chef de Partie – à la carte

About the role

As a full‑time Chef de Partie – à la carte you will create high‑quality dishes for the Windows Restaurant and Mortimer's Bar, adapting to special requests and ensuring memorable dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present food for breakfast, à la carte dinner, in‑room dining and the bar in line with premium hotel standards.
• Supervise, coach and train kitchen team members alongside the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
• Contribute to menu design, including seasonal menus and daily/weekly specials.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, freshness, and food hygiene.
• Manage ordering, stock control and assist the Executive Chef in leading the kitchen team.

Required profile

• Experienced Chef de Partie in a fast‑paced operation.
• Creative menu development with up‑to‑date knowledge of food trends.
• Natural leadership skills and ability to run a busy section under pressure.
• Excellent communication, professional attitude and motivation to exceed expectations.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends.
