About the role
Join an established Industrials franchise at a leading investment bank in Perth. The Vice President will advise corporate clients on M&A, capital raising and strategic matters across a range of industrial subsectors.
Key responsibilities
- Lead transaction processes from inception to completion, working closely with senior bankers and clients.
- Develop existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities and strengthen the team’s market presence.
- Engage senior decision‑makers and contribute to business development initiatives.
Required profile
- 5‑8 years of experience in investment banking or M&A advisory.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and transaction management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a demanding deal environment.
