Vendor Business Manager

About the role

The Vendor Business Manager (VBM) acts as a trusted advisor to Ingram Micro’s partner ecosystem, owning vendor strategy and driving product sales and market share across channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan aligned with vendor objectives and Ingram Micro’s direction.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives, analyse ROI and manage partner growth enablement programs.
• Drive brand and ecosystem journey through product ranging, incentives, partner programs and training.
• Track pipeline, sell‑out performance and go‑to‑market activities, and set pricing, promotions and rebate programs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in channel sales, vendor management or business development.
• Positive, creative, results‑driven mindset with strong professionalism.
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail and proven leadership in high‑performing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
