Therapy Team – Expression of Interest

About the role

Early Start Australia, part of the APM Group, is looking for passionate allied health and early childhood professionals to join its Therapy Team. You will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment to deliver life‑changing supports for children, young adults and families.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and guide therapy supports to achieve meaningful participant outcomes.
• Collaborate with families, educators, therapists and service providers to create seamless support experiences.
• Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork across Early Start Australia.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and advocate for participants' needs.
• Support high‑quality, person‑centred service delivery and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience within disability, health, education or early intervention sectors.
• Strong clinical reasoning and case management capabilities.
• Experience coordinating supports across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commitment to delivering person‑centred, evidence‑informed services.
