Test Manager – Insurance Transformation

About the role

Join EY Technology Consulting as a senior, customer‑facing Test Manager leading quality engineering for a major insurance transformation. You will shape testing strategy, oversee end‑to‑end testing across Guidewire platforms and digital solutions, and work closely with senior client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve test strategies and plans supporting agile delivery, functional testing and automation‑first principles.
• Lead functional, regression, integration and automation testing across multiple systems and environments.
• Provide governance and execution oversight, coordinating delivery teams, architects, developers and business stakeholders.
• Manage defect triage, resolution and maintain clear visibility of quality, risks and progress.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end testing across Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter and connected digital platforms.
• Design and evolve automation frameworks, reusable components and libraries.

Required profile

• Extensive Guidewire implementation experience across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter and digital integration.
• Proven ability to lead testing in complex insurance transformation environments.
• Strong stakeholder management with customers, development teams, architects and senior client leaders.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams and contributing hands‑on when needed.
