About the role
Roll'd, a fast-growing Australian Vietnamese restaurant chain with over 100 stores across Australia and New Zealand, is hiring a Territory Manager for NSW. You will report to the NSW State Manager and lead corporate and franchise store managers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead 6+ store (corporate and franchise) managers to achieve sales and KPIs
- Recruit, train and retain high-performing teams
- Cultivate an exceptional workplace culture in the state
- Tight control of operating expenses to hit profit targets for the area
Required profile
- Must have QSR exposure, either as a multi-site or area manager
- Experience opening stores and improving underperforming ones
- Ability to turn around underperforming restaurants and lead high-performing teams
Required skills
- High level of organisation
- Solid understanding of P&L

- Base salary from $100k plus superannuation
- Travel allowance and phone bill provided
