Team Leader – Allied Health

About the role

Join Early Start Australia’s allied health team at the South Morang clinic, providing therapy services to children and families across Australia. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, deliver high‑quality interventions, and support the growth of staff while ensuring compliance with NDIS and organisational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments, develop and adjust therapy programs, and deliver services in clinic, home, school and community settings.
• Manage a discipline‑specific caseload, including complex cases, using a case‑management approach.
• Provide clinical supervision, mentoring and performance coaching to team members and support recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensure documentation, funding alignment, and compliance with NDIS, privacy and child‑safety requirements.
• Participate in service evaluation, audits, quality improvement and incident management.

Required profile

• Demonstrated leadership experience within a multidisciplinary allied health team.
• Extensive clinical experience in occupational therapy or speech pathology, preferably in early intervention or paediatric settings.
• Strong ability to meet clinical, financial and quality KPIs and support team performance.
• Excellent communication, organisational and report‑writing skills.
