Talent Acquisition Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our North Sydney office. You will act as a trusted partner to business leaders, delivering end‑to‑end recruitment solutions for engineering and advisory portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for mid‑ to senior‑level engineering and advisory positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to design tailored hiring strategies.
• Proactively source, engage and assess candidates using direct, market‑led and innovative approaches.
• Balance high volume and complex hiring needs while maintaining quality outcomes.
• Provide market insights, recruitment best practices and governance throughout the hiring process.
• Leverage recruitment technology and process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Demonstrated success in both in‑house and agency recruitment, preferably within engineering or advisory environments.
• Ability to work at pace, manage competing priorities and deliver results.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience with recruitment systems and ATS platforms; Workday experience is a plus.
• Comfort with AI‑enabled tools and data‑driven recruitment improvements.
