Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Randstad HR Partners is seeking an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to own and grow a high‑value desk in Sydney. You will operate as a true 360‑degree recruiter, handling both temporary and permanent placements for junior to mid‑level HR roles while driving business development and client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients while nurturing existing accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and a career partner to candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to build the desk, balancing high‑volume operational tasks with strategic client engagement.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to placement and post‑placement account management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a 360‑degree recruiter managing both temp and perm roles.
• Strong business development drive with a “can‑do” attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
• Versatile background – HR specialization is a plus but not mandatory.
