Store & Material Controller – FIFO 8:6 Roster (Various Sites)

About the role

Join Sodexo as a Store & Material Controller on a Fly‑In‑Fly‑Out roster across remote sites in Western Australia. You’ll work 12‑hour days on an 8:6 schedule, ensuring our facilities run smoothly in challenging environments.

Key responsibilities

• Align warehouse activities with the business plan to deliver fast, efficient service within Facilities Management.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and yard.
• Manage inventory levels, stock movements and documentation.
• Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support on‑site teams with material handling and supply needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a fast‑paced stores or warehousing environment, preferably in construction or trades.
• Solid working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft platforms.
• Strong practical knowledge of inventory management and control.
• Good physical fitness for extreme remote site conditions.
• Forklift HRWL certification with extensive operating experience.
• Current Senior First Aid certification.
• Current C‑class driver’s licence.
