Customer Service – Mishandled Baggage (Part‑time)

About the role

Join the Mishandled Baggage team at Perth International Airport and be the first point of contact for passengers whose luggage needs special attention. This part‑time position (minimum 20 hours per week) offers on‑the‑job training and clear pathways for career progression within dnata, a global ground handling leader.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for passengers at the baggage carousel.
• Check loading details and monitor carousel operation for belt stoppages or passenger issues.
• Liaise with the wing team to locate missing baggage and record rush bags.
• Report incidents and issues to Baggage Services Supervisors.
• Create and trace files for missed or damaged bags.
• Forward or deliver recovered baggage to passengers.
